  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping availability.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Terana Skin purchase.

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
